For your convenience, our most common customer questions are answered right here.
Where is the clinic located?
Experience Ibogaine is located in Rosarito, Mexico only 15 minutes away from the San Ysidro/Tijuana Border crossing from San Diego into Mexico. The clinic provides treatment in a quiet gated community overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
What should I expect upon arrival?
Before your arrival, you will be contacted by our staff in order to coordinate meeting at the San Diego airport, you will be transported across the border to Mexico. Once you arrive at the clinic you will have time to get familiar with the doctors, nurses, staff, and the house. Read more about the process here.
What kind of medical staff do you have there?
The medical staff at the clinic has been working with ibogaine for more than 6 years. They are experienced as many of them work in ER rooms when they are not working at the treatment facility. We currently have 3 doctors and 4 nurses on staff. Each of them has an intense medical background.
What will I be doing after treatment?
Most guests will be staying at the facility for 7 days. On day four, after your treatment is finished, you will have time to relax and develop an aftercare plan. We usually have time for some sightseeing activities, movies, hot tub/pool time, reading, yoga, massages, equine therapy, and other fun activities depending on time. We also have really good food here so many of our guests prefer to relax around the house after their intense Ibogaine experience.
Ibogaine is unscheduled in this country; this allows us to provide treatments without breaking the law.
Do I need a Passport?
We advise you bring your Passport to come to Mexico, but since San Ysidro is the busiest border crossing in the world, a photo ID or birth certificate is sufficient to cross over for US citizens. Citizens of the United States cannot be denied re-entry back into the USA.
