*Patients will under go a urinalysis to detect substances that in combination with ibogaine are potentially harmful or substances that will inhibit the effectiveness of the treatment. (Methamphetamine, fentanyl, methadone, suboxone, cocaine, alcohol, SSRI’s and other antidepressants, as well as antibiotics) if a client tests positive upon arrival, treatment will be delayed and they will be charged an additional $500 per day to detox those substances out of their body. This option is subject to availability. Certain substances like methadone, suboxone, fentanyl, antibiotics and antidepressants can take up to a month to get out of your system. Long acting opiates must be substituted with short acting opiates over that period of time. Please discuss what drugs are in your system with your treatment coordinator prior to coming down, honesty is very important. Those who test positive to these drugs forfeit their right to a refund. Also make sure to inform your treatment coordinator of any health conditions you may have such as heart problems or liver problems.

**Patients must be prepared to pay an additional $400 for a central line if they do not have sufficient veins.
