Caroline is volunteering at the Tijuana General Hospital at a fundraiser for children with cancer. Patronato is a nonprofit organization that provides assistance including housing, medicine and treatment funding for children battling cancer. They work hard for the population of Baja California, including the most underserved communities. They have been providing service for well over a decade.
